OVM Discount Program
Governmental Agencies, Educational Facilities, and Resellers may apply for our discount program.

We accept Credit Card, PayPal, Wire Transfer, and Net 30 Terms.

Most orders ship within 1 business day - via FedEx, or USPS. (Sorry NO UPS!)

Don’t want the hassle of repacking and shipping products? - Blind Drop Shipping available upon request at no extra charge.

Unbranded Product - we do not brand our OVM products - easier to resell unbranded products.

Unbranded Packaging - (note that our information does show on shipping label unless Blind Drop Shipping is requested).

OVM makes no effort to directly solicit business from your customers. However, please note that OVM’s products are advertised through a variety of channels and we can make no guarantee that your customers will not discover us through these or other means.
Requirements:

You, or your entity, must be easily verifiable as being legitimate - name, location, telephone number, etc... must be verifiable.

Discount Program applicants are considered on a case by case basis.
Purchases:

No minimum order requirements for Governmental or Educational enitities.

Opening order for new Resellers must be at least $250.00 (order subtotal).

Subsequent Reseller orders must be at least $100.00 (order subtotal).

Discounts apply to individual piece list prices.

Large value orders and/or large quantity single item orders may be considered for a higher discount level - contact us with your order requirements.

Not all items may be available for reseller pricing such as custom items, etc.

If any deliveries are to be made within New York State please fax a Tax Exempt Certificate, if applicable, with your application.

Discount applies to order subtotal (no discount on shipping etc...).

Discount Program can be terminated at any time, for any reason, at the discretion of OVM.
Ordering Instructions:

First, you must be approved for the Discount Program with all of the required forms submitted.

Once approved you will be issued a USER ID to note on all orders.

Orders can be placed online using our shopping cart. You must enter your USER ID in the cart's message box - then enter your issued Discount Code and hit recalculate to apply your discount to the order's subtotal.

Orders can be faxed in to 1-888-411-0343 - you must note your USER ID.

Orders can be telephoned in to 1-888-533-3014 (Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM EST).

We can provide blind drop shipping to your customer.
