Returns/Refunds

All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt.

All returned merchandise must in re-sellable condition and is subject to a 15% restocking fee
(except for in-warranty defective materials and product shipped in error at the origination).

Merchandise must have a return authorization - An authorization may be obtained by E-mailing us at Returns.

Please provide quantities and part numbers of any materials to be returned. We will reply with a return
authorization number and shipping instructions. Merchandise must be sent back freight prepaid.

Custom made products and special ordered goods are non returnable and non-refundable.
